Close to Camp Medulin is the Arenaturist sports center with tennis courts and football fields, handball and volleyball courts, tables for table tennis, beach volleyball court, two swimming pools, one of which is indoors with heated seawater. The sports center provides sports equipment rental for windsurfing and diving school, rental of small boats, bicycles and pedal boats. It also offers a large waterslide and plenty of fun and games for children.
There are numerous walking and jogging trails within the camp complex and bike trails in the vicinity.
Only 3 kilometers from the camp are horse riding centers and paintball area.
